What is Romar Trainer Development?
A series of open enrollment programs to which Romar brings 30 years of learning experience to the development of trainers. These programs are based on proven adult learning principles and the application of good instructional design. We offer several trainer development programs that will specifically develop trainers’ skills, knowledge, and behaviors to increase their effectiveness at creating and delivering learning solutions.
Who should attend?
Trainer Certification I – Newly promoted trainers, experienced trainers who want a refresher in training fundamentals, training managers who have never led a training team, sales managers who engage in training
Trainer Certification II – Trainers who have completed Trainer Certification I, experienced trainers, training managers or directors, anyone tasked with creating learning solutions
Field Trainer Certification – Field-based trainers, managers of field-based trainers, internal trainers who would benefit from the content
Virtual Facilitation – Anyone who delivers learning through a webinar or other distance-learning platform

Trainer certification courses are $2,100.00 per participant (plus 4% handling fee for credit card payments). This fee includes facilitation, course materials, meeting space, and food during the workshop. If you have seven or more trainers who would like to attend, please call us for pricing on conducting an onsite or customized session for your team.
