Building Stakeholder Advocacy
1:00 PM ET (12:00 PM CT, 11:00 AM MT and 10:00 AM PT)
Securing stakeholder support is no longer enough. In today’s complex life-sciences environment,
training organizations must move beyond alignment to build genuine advocacy where marketers,
sales leaders, and HR partners actively champion learning as a driver of business success. Too
often, L&D is viewed as an administrative function, rather than a strategic enabler that accelerates
performance and readiness.
In this round table, we’ll explore practical ways to deepen partnership and influence across
functions, especially with marketing and sales stakeholders. Participants will examine how to co-
create initiatives that meet business priorities, communicate in the language of commercial impact, and turn resistant stakeholders into visible advocates. Through shared experiences and discussion, we’ll uncover strategies to elevate L&D’s role from service provider to strategic partner, building the trust, credibility, and collaboration needed to make learning indispensable to organizational success.
When is the round table?
Monday, December 8 at 1:00 PM ET (12:00 PM CT, 11:00 AM MT and 10:00 AM PT)
Dave Davis will moderate the 60-minute round table.

What’s the catch?
There isn’t one! This will be an open forum in which we share development ideas and techniques to ensure our leaders are reaching their full potential.
