Developing a Peer-to-Peer Coaching Program

Monday, October 30, 2023

12:00 PM CT (1:00 PM ET and 10:00 AM PT)

Peer-to-peer coaching is a collaborative and mutually beneficial approach to personal and professional development where individuals with similar goals or challenges in an organization come together to support and empower each other. In this dynamic exchange, peers serve as both coaches and coachees, creating a reciprocal relationship that fosters growth and learning. This method harnesses the power of shared experiences, insights, and accountability, enabling participants to gain new perspectives, refine skills, and overcome obstacles. Peer-to-peer coaching promotes a sense of camaraderie and encourages individuals to take ownership of their development journey, making it an effective and accessible tool for self-improvement in various contexts, from the workplace to personal endeavors.

This virtual round table will explore how to set up a peer-to-peer coaching program in your organization. We will examine the challenges of setting one up and sustaining it and how to gain senior leadership support for the process.
