Equipping L&D Teams for the AI Future

Monday, January 26, 2026

1:00 PM ET (12:00 PM CT, 11:00 AM MT and 10:00 AM PT)

As artificial intelligence rapidly reshapes how life sciences organizations learn and perform, the role of the training function is evolving just as quickly. Yet most L&D teams—large and small—are still determining what “AI readiness” looks like in practice. This round-table discussion focuses on the essential skills and capabilities training teams need to build over the next 12–24 months to stay relevant, strategic, and effective in an AI-enabled world.

Designed for both global training organizations and smaller teams with limited resources, this session explores practical, budget-agnostic capabilities such as AI fluency, prompt design, data literacy, AI-assisted instructional design, content curation, responsible use, and leading the organizational change associated with AI adoption.

Participants will engage in a facilitated discussion, beginning with a short poll, and will share insights, challenges, examples, and early wins from their own organizations. The goal is to help training leaders identify where their teams are today, what skills matter most for the future, and what small but meaningful steps they can take to build AI readiness now.

Join us for a thoughtful, collaborative conversation that will help you prepare your training team and your organization for the era of AI-enabled learning.
