Virtual Trainer Certification I: Facilitation of Learning is designed for both in-house and field-based trainers. It’s ideal for newly promoted trainers, experienced trainers who want a refresher in fundamentals, training managers who have never led a training team, or sales managers who engage in training. This second module examines the facilitator’s role and the components of effective facilitation.
Objectives
Participants learn to:
- Demonstrate good virtual and in-person platform skills
- Create engagement with learners to create interest and buy-in
Pre-Session Assignment
Before the webinar, participants will read background material for use during the webinar. Following good adult learning theory, the pre-work assignment will thoroughly review all the key models and concepts so that the primary focus of the webinar is application.
Registration
Registration is $500 per participant (plus 4% handling fee for credit card payments). The fee includes facilitation and all course materials.

Three weeks before the session, you will receive an invoice with a payment link. You will receive a confirmation email shortly after the registration and payment are completed.
You will receive the pre-session assignment two weeks before the webinar.
