President and Owner

After a 16-year career in the pharmaceutical industry, David has been involved in training and development consulting for the past 12 years. His background includes positions as a sales representative, field trainer, district manager, region sales director, and training director. At Romar, David leads a team of experienced consultants that partner with clients to identify training needs and develop learning solutions that change behavior and drive results.

Vice President

Kaye holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and Information Systems from Baylor University. She has been with Romar since 1988 and has extensive experience in and knowledge of the training industry. She supervises all aspects of Romar’s business development.

Editorial Director

Theresa holds a Master of Arts in English from Stephen F. Austin State University. She has been with Romar since 1993. She coordinates projects and manages the layout and editorial aspects of learning solution development. She works in conjunction with the Vice President, Kaye Leavelle.

Project Manager

Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Texas A&M University. She joined the Romar team in 1996. Stephanie serves as a project manager, coordinating projects and scheduling with clients. She works in conjunction with the editorial director to ensure the quality of all deliverables.
