Objectives

After completing the webinar, participants will be able to:

• Use adult learning principles to plan, conduct, evaluate, and follow up productive learning sessions
• Create effective performance objectives that ensure learning meets learners’ needs and is measurable
• Demonstrate good virtual and in-person platform skills
• Create engagement with learners to create interest and buy-in
• Help managers onboard new hires
• Provide effective evidence-based feedback

Pre-Session Assignment

Before the webinar, participants will read support material and develop a personal case study for a new hire they have or will be onboarding. Following good curriculum design and application of adult learning principles, this pre-session assignment will expose participants to all the key webinar concepts so that the webinar focuses primarily on application.

Registration

Registration is $1600 per participant (plus 4% handling fee for credit card payments). The fee includes facilitation and all course materials for the webinar.

Three weeks before the session, you will receive an invoice with a payment link. You will receive a confirmation email shortly after the registration and payment are completed.
