This webinar provides field-based trainers with basic adult learning principles and objective-setting skills. The purpose of this webinar is to improve participants’ effectiveness as facilitators of learning in the field through good adult learning principles.

Objectives
After completing the webinar, participants will be able to:
- Use adult learning principles to plan, conduct, evaluate, and follow up productive learning sessions
- Create effective performance objectives that ensure learning meets learners’ needs and is measurable
- Demonstrate good virtual and in-person platform skills
- Create engagement with learners to create interest and buy-in
- Help managers onboard new hires
- Provide effective evidence-based feedback
Pre-Session Assignment
Before the webinar, participants will read support material and develop a personal case study for a new hire they have or will be onboarding. Following good curriculum design and application of adult learning principles, this pre-session assignment will expose participants to all the key webinar concepts so that the webinar focuses primarily on application.
Registration
Registration is $1600 per participant (plus 4% handling fee for credit card payments). The fee includes facilitation and all course materials for the webinar.

Three weeks before the session, you will receive an invoice with a payment link. You will receive a confirmation email shortly after the registration and payment are completed.
You will receive the pre-session assignment two weeks before the webinar.
