AI as a Leadership Advisor

Friday, October 30, 2026

1:00 PM ET (12:00 PM CT, 11:00 AM MT and 10:00 AM PT)

A manager is preparing to speak with a valued employee whose behavior is affecting the team. They want to handle the conversation well, but they are unsure where to start. What if they could turn to AI to help them sort through the situation, challenge their assumptions, and prepare for the discussion?

AI is beginning to offer managers a source of advice at the moment they need it. That creates an opportunity for learning and development leaders—and raises questions worth exploring together. How might AI help managers apply the leadership skills they have learned? Could it help them prepare for feedback, coaching, or performance conversations? What guidance would managers need to use it thoughtfully, protect employee privacy, and recognize when to involve HR?

Join us for a discussion about the potential of AI as a leadership advisor. We’ll use a realistic management scenario to explore where AI could be helpful, where its advice may fall short, and how L&D can help managers turn an AI interaction into better judgment and action. Come ready to share your perspective and learn from other training leaders. No AI expertise is required.

Who should participate?
Anyone involved in sales training or learning and development. All are welcome!
