Leveraging Technology When Coaching

Technology has changed how we work in many ways. We now engage each other from a distance, employ games, and use apps to access information and gain advice. These advancements are beginning to emerge in the soft skills development areas, including coaching. Traditionally, coaching happened during an in-person live session, but the pandemic taught us that we can accomplish many coaching activities from a distance. This webinar will explore how we can leverage technology when coaching someone from a distance or augment the transitional coaching process.
