Virtual Trainer Certification I: Adult Learning and Performance Objectives is designed for both in-house and field-based trainers. It’s ideal for newly promoted trainers, experienced trainers who want a refresher in fundamentals, training managers who have never led a training team, or sales managers who engage in training. The program is divided into three modules with this being the first module. This module introduces basic adult learning principles and addresses creating performance objectives.
