For new and experienced life-sciences field trainers who support colleagues while balancing their own field responsibilities. Build practical skills for effective training, new-hire onboarding, and feedback through three interactive virtual sessions.

Includes electronic prework, workbooks, a job aid, and individual written feedback on a recorded teach-back.
